Venturize Loan Matching Tool Prototyping

Venturize.org is nonprofit organization that helps women and minority small business owners who are looking to find lenders. Their goal is to identify lenders that don’t engage in predatory practices. Their new form, Matchfinder, was developed using an algorithm to instantly match these businesses with lenders. At the time of its creation, the form was excessively long and confusing for the user and our team was asked to help provide recommendations for improvement. The following components were included in the deliverables to the client

• Heuristic evaluation

• Paper prototyping testing

• Low fidelity digital prototyping testing

• High fidelity prototype of form improvements and incorporation into website

• High fidelity prototype of Venturize employee dashboard

• Phased and prioritized recommendations
