SEEK Information Architecture Study and Recommendations

The SEEK organization is a division of the University of Maryland pediatric center which provides physicians the tools and training they need to identify and intervene in child abuse. To help SEEK, my team evaluated the current structure of the site and provided recommendations for improvement. The main goal was to assess the large amount of content and reorganize into the most efficient design for the user. The following UX methods were used to finalize recommendations for the organization:

  • Full content evaluation

  • Persona creation

  • Journey mapping

  • User survey

  • Wireframes

  • Low/Medium fidelity prototyping

  • User testing

Final recommendations were presented to the client in a phased approach related to priority level. View the final prototype.
